They achieve this by communicating the sleep health message to the community through media, social media, and website resources. They also collaborate with numerous key players to promote sleep health (such as patient groups, professional organizations, businesses, and researchers).

Sleep Disorders Australia (SDA) is a voluntary Not for Profit organisation that provides information and offers support and assistance to people and their families who are affected by sleep disorders throughout Australia. They also advocate for the needs of people with sleep disorders and raise awareness of sleep disorders and the significance they can have on the lives of those affected by them.

The Australian Sleep Association (ASA) is the peak scientific body in AUS and NZ representing clinicians, scientists and researchers working in sleep health and sleep medicine. It promotes and provides education and training to members and the broader health community. ASA also fosters scientific research and establishes best-practice clinical guidelines.
